Locations

My office is in Loveland, CO.

Given that I have other roles outside of private practice that take me into the community for outreach, psychoeducation, and navigation– all in strong efforts to improve access and quality mental health care in Northern Colorado, ALL my private practice sessions are telehealth. I work very effectively with clients this way, and have only had positive feedback about my use of this service model of teletherapy.

Due to being telehealth at this time, I am currently not seeing any couples/families as I have found telehealth not the most effective way to offer the best counseling with more than one client on a call at a time. Telehealth has been highly treasured and effective for all my clients. The clientele I typically am seeing at this time are women with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and postpartum support. New mothers love the perks of saving time and effort driving to an office, sitting in a lobby, managing a baby during our session in an office, and enjoying the luxury of being at home during our phone sessions.

Hours

When you leave a message with my voicemail or email, I respond at my earliest convenience which is usually within 24 hrs on business days.

Currently I hold only daytime hours on specific weekdays, and only treat clients during school hours. Please call to find out what openings I currently have available. I do not offer waitlists as I want all clients seen as soon as possible when they reach for therapy as a support. I will refer you back to your insurance for a list of in-person therapists if there are any signs of active self-harm or suicidal ideation, as well as any CPS cases as in my professional opinion these clients are best served in-person.
